Complaints

We very much hope that both you and your child will be happy throughout his / her stay within Scouting. If you do have any complaints or comments, please ensure that we are told as quickly as possible. Normally, you should address your complaint or comment initially to the section leader. If you cannot resolve your complaint with the section leader, or if the complaint involves the section leader, please contact the Group Scout Leader. If it is not possible to resolve the complaint with the Group Scout Leader you can contact the District. We will always try to resolve your complaints in an amicable way without going through a formal procedure.
